- How do I register to make a payment
online?
Go to "Make a Payment." Under the Pay Online section,
click "Sign Up." After completing the required
information, you will be prompted to establish a Username and
Password.
- When is the website available for credit
card payments?
The website is available for credit card payments 24 hours a day.
Due to the nature of internet services, our site may occasionally be
out of service.
- Is my payment information secure?
Yes, Ag Workers website is protected by 256-bit encryption (SSL).
- Which major credit cards are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Can I use a debit card?
Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.
- When will my payment be posted to my
account?
Payments may take up to three business days to be posted to your
account.
- My credit card payment was charged twice.
Can I get credit for the duplicate payment?
Yes, call a member representative at the number listed above.
- I have overpaid my account. Can
I get a refund?
Refunds will be made in the form of a check within 14 business days.
If overpayment was made by credit card, you can call the home office
and request a refund to your credit card.
Inability to make an online payment indicates you're either
having a problem signing on, or there is a problem with the status
of your account. If you experience difficulties or receive an error
