Glass Coverage
Do I have glass coverage? How does it
work? Where do I go? — Check your policy to verify that you have
Other Than Collision Coverage, and make note of your deductible.
- If replacement is required, go to a
reputable auto glass shop of your choice. You will pay the deductible
to the shop; the remaining balance will be billed directly to Ag
Workers.
- Some breaks may not require replacement and
can simply be repaired. Consult with the glass shop technician to see
if this is an option. The shop will usually direct bill Ag Workers for
the charges, which waves your deductible if
the glass is repaired and not replaced.
Please note that in some cases the shop you choose may not
wish to bill us and will require full payment at the time services are
rendered. Simply forward the original paid receipt along with your policy
number and a written request for reimbursement. Be sure the receipt is
marked paid, shows the signature of the technician, the vehicle serviced,
and the date the damage occurred. Upon receipt of the required
documentation, we will process your claim for reimbursement.
